  • Orders placed by anyone under 18 will be cancelled and refunded

  • Increase projectile hardness, mass, or unsafe velocity

  • Paint, carry, or present blasters in public in a way that could be misinterpreted as intimidation or threat

  • Use blasters for illegal, harmful, or anti-social behaviour

This store promotes safe hobby play only.

Public Transport & Carrying Guidelines 

When transporting blasters outside the home:

  • Keep them covered, boxed, or bagged

  • Avoid display in public places unless at organised hobby events

  • Treat them as sporting equipment in transit, not as public props

  • If questioned by authorities, remain cooperative and clarify they are foam hobby toys for adults, not firearms

Release of Liability

By purchasing or interacting with our products, you agree that PewPewPew is not responsible for:

  • Personal injury caused by unsafe handling

  • Third-party modifications made after purchase

  • Misuse against our stated 18+ and foam-only policies

  • Public misunderstanding when blasters are transported irresponsibly
