We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.
hipping rates are automatically shown at checkout and include packaging, handling, and carrier costs.
Most in-stock items are packed and sent as soon as possible.
Orders that include 3D-printed parts may take longer depending on demand, but we’ll keep things moving and send a tracking number once your parcel is on its way.
Our Return Promise
We want every customer to feel confident buying from us — so here’s our simple rule:
If we send you something faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we fix it. Every time.
Just contact us within a reasonable time so we can sort it quickly.
We’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or reprint, and we cover return postage for faulty or incorrect items.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Change-of-mind returns are not guaranteed and are assessed case-by-case.
To be eligible, the item must be:
Unused and unopened
In original, undamaged packaging
In resellable condition
Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the buyer’s responsibility.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Blasters or items that have been used, tested, modified, or assembled are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Warranty
We offer a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects.
This does not cover wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or damage caused by modifications or non-foam projectiles.
Our products are hobby-grade equipment, so responsible use is required.
Safety Reminder
Our blasters are 18+ foam dart hobby items.
Please transport them discreetly and always wear eye protection during play.
