This website is operated by PewPewPew.
By accessing or using our store, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to purchase hobby-grade foam blaster equipment in your state or territory.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
Continued use of the site means you accept the revised terms.

2. Products & Hobby Use

We sell foam dart blasters, accessories, modding parts, and hobby equipment intended for adult recreational use only.

Products must be used:

  • Safely and responsibly

  • With eye protection at all times

  • In accordance with local laws and guidelines

We do not guarantee suitability for any purpose other than recreational hobby activities.

3. Accuracy of Information

We aim to keep product descriptions, pricing, and availability accurate.
However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to:

  • Correct errors

  • Update product information

  • Cancel orders where information was incorrect

If an order is cancelled after payment, we will issue a full refund.

4. Ordering & Payment

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase a product.
We may reject or cancel an order if:

  • The item is unavailable

  • Payment cannot be processed

  • Fraud is suspected

  • There is an error in product information

We accept payments through Stripe and PayPal.
We do not store or access full credit card details.

5. Shipping

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post and Sendle.
Shipping times and prices are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on courier delays and demand.

Orders that include 3D-printed or made-to-order components may require additional processing time.

A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our returns policy is available on our Shipping & Returns page.

In summary:

Faulty, incorrect, or damaged items

We will replace, refund, or repair items that arrive faulty or incorrect.
We cover return postage for these cases.

Change-of-mind returns

These are not guaranteed and are assessed case-by-case.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in resellable condition.
Buyer covers return postage.

Exclusions

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or tested blasters

  • Modified items

  • 3D-printed items damaged due to improper use

  • Wear and tear from normal hobby use

7. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).
GST is included where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

8. Safety & Legal Compliance

Our blasters are 18+ hobby products.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring they comply with:

  • Local laws relating to imitation or toy blasters

  • Safe transportation

  • Proper handling and use

We are not responsible for misuse, illegal use, injury, or damage caused by improper operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law:

  • We are not liable for injury, damage, loss, or claims resulting from misuse of our products

  • We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or shipping providers

  • Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product

Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

All text, images, product descriptions, logos, and branding on this site are the property of PewPewPew and may not be copied or reused without permission.
