We use different filament brands to offer more color and finish options. Some high-stress parts use PA6CF for durability and cannot be customized. PETG HF has a more matte finish than standard PETG, with slightly lower strength.
The shape of the H03 Original is very elegant, but it is more difficult to hide the print seam during printing. The Octagonal version, on the other hand, incorporates a groove specifically designed to conceal the seam. The orange-and-black H04 Original shown in the photos was printed using Bambu PETG Basic, which gives it a glossier/greasier appearance. The silver-and-black Octagonal version shown in the photos was printed using Bambu and Polymaker PETG HF filaments.

RexFire has designed two exterior styles for the H04: a cylindrical version and an octagonal barrel version. The cylindrical version is open-source, and both variants share the same internal structure. You’re welcome to support the project and download the files from MakerWorld.
