BCARs (Bearing SCARs) are rifling devices designed for high-performance foam dart blasters, using angled bearings to impart controlled spin as the dart exits the barrel. A properly matched BCAR can improve dart stability, consistency and practical accuracy, making it a popular accuracy upgrade for spring-powered blasters, sealed-breech builds and other high-FPS short dart platforms.
PewPewPew offers a growing range of BCARs, Bearing SCAR muzzles and foam dart blaster rifling solutions, including our own 3D-printed BCAR designs, ZWQ bearing BCARs, CNC and multi-bearing configurations, threaded BCAR options and platform-specific designs. Different bearing counts, rifling angles and mounting systems can suit different FPS ranges, dart weights and barrel configurations, including common 16mm performance barrels.
We also develop BCAR solutions around the blasters we actually build and sell, including PewPewPew threaded BCARs for threaded foam dart blaster barrels and selected Diamond Dogs blasters. These threaded BCAR designs provide a clean, direct-fit rifling solution for compatible threaded barrel systems. For builds around the 200 FPS class, a properly matched BCAR can provide effective dart stabilisation without adding unnecessary size or complexity to the muzzle setup.
Choosing the right BCAR depends on your blaster, FPS, dart type, barrel configuration, bearing setup and desired level of spin. Check individual product pages for bearing layout, rifling angle, mounting type and compatibility. Our range of bearing BCARs, threaded BCARs and foam dart blaster accuracy components will continue to expand as new blasters, barrel systems and rifling designs become available.
