K Dragonscale 1g 4-Ring Darts
We brought in the SK Dragonscale 1.2g 4-ring darts after seeing ZWQ use them with the Baize S100S-S in BCAR testing.
So we grabbed some 1g ones as well.
Same 4-ring design, just a lighter option for more tuning possibilities.
Have fun tuning.
Please Note:
After some pretty brutal testing, the main difference I found between ACE ( SK or other Fast-Glued darts) and Worker darts is reusability.
At 380 FPS from 1 metre into brick walls and wooden doors, neither survives. At that point, there isn’t much useful comparison to make.
At around 200 FPS from 2 metres, repeatedly shooting hard surfaces from different angles, ACE was effectively single-use. Worker held up considerably better, and after several shots I could still find darts that appeared reusable.
Whether those reused Worker darts still maintain their original accuracy, I can’t say. But realistically, reused darts aren’t what you’d choose for serious accuracy testing anyway.
In terms of new-dart performance, ACE still offers high accuracy, firm foam and a four-ring low-drag design, but the fast-glue construction comes with very low reusability in this test. Worker is also very accurate, uses slightly softer foam and a slow-glue process, and offers much better reusability.
Neither is simply “better.” If you regularly collect and reuse your darts, Worker makes more sense. If you don’t usually pick them up anyway, ACE is cheaper, so the lower reusability may not matter much.
We’re also working on a slow-glue dart with the same firm foam feel as ACE. It’s currently in production.
