A range of 3D-printed BCARs designed for Diamond Dogs blasters using their double-threaded barrel system.
Each BCAR threads directly onto the front of compatible Diamond Dogs barrels for a clean, purpose-built fit. Ideal for builds such as the 98K, Lee and Loki that use the Diamond Dogs threaded barrel setup.
Available options include Bird Cage, Fortnite, PewPewPew FAT 15 and PewPewPew FAT 10.
The PewPewPew FAT 15 and FAT 10 are threaded versions of our existing PewPewPew FAT BCAR designs, adapted specifically for the Diamond Dogs barrel system. They retain the same 683ZZ motor-grade bearings used in our standard versions.
Please Note:
The exposed designs look great, but they are naturally more vulnerable to impact and breakage than a fully enclosed BCAR.
Based on my testing—which wasn’t particularly extensive or scientific—the Fortnite seems better suited to builds around 200 FPS. Push it much higher than that and it may start to struggle. That said, the combination of higher FPS and a relatively short inner barrel may also have contributed to the results.
The Bird Cage, on the other hand, still performs very well on my Loki at around 250 FPS. However, mine broke when I dropped the Loki on the ground, so keep in mind that the exposed design does come with a durability trade-off.
These observations are based on my own testing of the Fortnite and Bird Cage designs and should not be taken as specific performance limits for the FAT 10 or FAT 15.
