To offer more choices in colors and finishes, filaments from different brands are used. Some parts of certain blasters cannot be customized because carbon fiber–reinforced PA6CF is used for long-term durability. Each filament has its own advantages and disadvantages. Compared with PLA, PETG is more heat-resistant and less prone to degradation, while PLA tends to produce fewer printing defects. Compared with standard PETG, PETG HF (limited to materials on this website) is slightly less strong but has a more matte, less glossy finish.

MM BCAR (Wide-Body Design)

A Visually Distinct BCAR with Good Performance


Overview

Designed by Mr. Liu, this BCAR was originally created for his Jolt Zhu Rong mod. That’s why there’s a short 10-axis BCAR version — it fits the setup perfectly.

That’s actually one of its unique features. While most people are chasing higher FPS, BCARs optimized for lower-FPS builds are surprisingly rare.

Another distinctive feature is that this BCAR uses pins instead of screws. This virtually eliminates bearing wobble. There’s also an observation (with absolutely no proof) that bearing wobble may cause tail instability in foam darts. When using pins, this issue becomes extremely rare (Based on very limited testing samples — feel free to buy and experience it yourself:P)

Of course, the downside of pins is obvious: installation is extremely difficult. Since both the pins and bearings have manufacturing tolerances, the amount of time spent selecting matching parts and assembling them can be unbearable.

Later, 3D-printed pins were adopted, and basically all of these problems were solved.

MM is the name of the manufacturer who sourced, printed, and assembled this BCAR — I just made it up,that is, Miglio and Melvon’s dad.


Performance

I tested 10Axies Bcar on my Jolt Zhu Rong Origin using 1.7mm spring. Visually, the dart flies very straight without any wobbling.
